There is a regional role available in the Singapore regional office for an experienced Global Account Manager.
Owns the strategic customer relationship and employs Channel Partners, vendors as well as
company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet
account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
Directly and through Channel Partners establishes productive, professional relationships
with key personnel in assigned strategic accounts.
Demonstrates understanding of each assigned strategic accounts strategies, future product
plans, and expansion activities and develops penetration strategies for new business
Meets / exceeds assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in
Manages the Channel Partners by holding them accountable for achieving sales targets via
current customers as well as through new customers.
Ensures that Channel Partners are timely and consistently entering and updating data in
Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating
the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
Annually generates a business / account plan for each strategic account that includes mutual
performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
Serves as an escalation point for strategic account issues and non-conformances.
Provides reports and analysis of strategic account data / information as required.
Provides customer roadmap feedback and customer perception data to the marketing
Works with marketing to establish strategic account world-wide pricing.
30-50% travel, including international travel.
