Our international Client provides high performance final test solutions for the wafer and package semiconductor industry.

There is a regional role available in the Singapore regional office for an experienced Global Account Manager.

SUMMARY

  • The Global Account Manager drives and influences company's business presence among assigned strategic accounts through building and growing relationships following specific revenue and product goals.
  • Responsible for developing engagement, product deployment and account-focused strategies that directly influence the company’s growth position.
  • Responsibilities

    Owns the strategic customer relationship and employs Channel Partners, vendors as well as

    company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet

    account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.

    Directly and through Channel Partners establishes productive, professional relationships

    with key personnel in assigned strategic accounts.

    Demonstrates understanding of each assigned strategic accounts strategies, future product

    plans, and expansion activities and develops penetration strategies for new business

    opportunities.

    Meets / exceeds assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in

    assigned accounts.

    Manages the Channel Partners by holding them accountable for achieving sales targets via

    current customers as well as through new customers.

    Ensures that Channel Partners are timely and consistently entering and updating data in

    CRM.

    Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating

    the involvement of all necessary company personnel.

    Annually generates a business / account plan for each strategic account that includes mutual

    performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.

    Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.

    Serves as an escalation point for strategic account issues and non-conformances.

    Provides reports and analysis of strategic account data / information as required.

    Provides customer roadmap feedback and customer perception data to the marketing

    department.

    Works with marketing to establish strategic account world-wide pricing.

    30-50% travel, including international travel.

    Requirements

  • BA degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years strategic account management sales experience calling on semiconductor manufacturers directly and through Channel Partners
  • Able to build relationships and influence at high levels in the organization
  • Strategic thinker ability to identify potential opportunities and develop strategies to
  • capture growth share
  • Able to negotiate complex situations, deals etc. at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent problem solving skills Creative and out of the box thinker
  • Able to function in Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship management
  • CRM) programs

  • Proficient in English language both verbal and written
  • Able to travel 30-50% of time
