The E2E Supply Chain Leader for Essential health will be the orchestrator of the APAC Essential health Franchise Supply Chain.
The E2E Supply Chain Lead will serve as a key member to the APAC Supply Chain Leadership Team. He / she will partner with the In-Market Supply Chain, Plan, Make, Source, R&D and Commercial teams to deliver priorities, have ownership of APAC Essential health Supply Chain P&L, champion the Service, Agility & Responsiveness agenda for the business, and will lead the Growth and Life Cycle Management (LCM) portfolio for the Franchise in line with 3-Year Operating Plan commitments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Accountable for the development and execution of Supply Chain (SC) deliverables of Essential health strategic plans (3-Year Operating Plan, LRFP, Innovation and Life Cycle Management plans) that drive business growth and incorporates a profound understanding of Supply Chain dynamics.
E2E SC accountability to deliver SC results including Quality, Safety, Service, Cash, Costs, ROCE and People (Credo) Engagement Score.
Single point of contact for Commercial organization
Orchestrate E2E Essential health SC Team across all pillars & supporting functions, leading all decisions in delivery of key projects and strategies.
Work in partnership with In-Market SC leaders to ensure that the SC is delivering Essential health demand needs.
Balances franchise Essential health needs with finding synergies and scale advantages to deliver overall efficiencies across the SC
Foster excellence in SC through end-to-end accountability for the Essential health SC
Partner with the In-Market SC, Commercial and R&D teams in the delivery of priorities Sales, Profitability (MNI & GP), Free Cashflow, Manage Essential health SC P&L.
Owns and champions Service, Agility & Responsiveness and Simplification agenda (Project harmony) for the business.
Owns delivery of the Growth and Life Cycle Management (LCM) portfolio for the Franchise in line with Operating Plan commitments Benchmark Essential health Operations globally and implement Essential health best practices in APAC.
Manage a team of 3-4 direct reports, focused on planning (Supply, Reliability) and Governance and Execution (Projects, Portfolio).
Belong to the APAC Supply Chain Leadership Team, Report to APAC Consumer Health VP SC.
Dotted line responsibility for Essential Health Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, R&D, Finance, IT, and HR.

MBA or other relevantpost graduate degree preferred
EXPERIENCE AND KEY COMPETENCIES :
A minimum of 15+ years of diverseexperience across different areas of the Supply Chain (i.e. Supply Chain / DemandPlanning, Contract / Internal Manufacturing, Supply Chain / Demand Planning,Manufacturing, Procurement, Project Management, Process Excellence, orDistribution) is required.
A minimum of 8 years of demonstrateddirect people manager experience is required.
Demonstrated understanding / ability toconsolidate, optimize and prioritize a portfolio of programs under constraintsin a dynamic manner, specifically allocating and re-allocating resources(budgets, FTEs) across programs is required.
Demonstrated knowledge of basefinancial planning, costing and value creation principles including Return onCapital Employed
Demonstrated ability to achieve businessgoals in a complex environment with multiple layers of stakeholders isrequired.
Experience in a Consumer, packagedgoods or FDA-regulated industry is preferred.
Defined experience with changemanagement and demonstrated abilities across any combination of negotiation,financial or analytical skills are required.
An entrepreneurial self-starter withstrong oral and written communication skills with the ability to influenceacross functional levels up to and including the Board level is required.
Demonstrated experience managingambiguity and white space required.
