As Admin Coordinator intern, you will be given the opportunity to play a key role in the company's operations. Build and hone these essential skill sets as you manage ad-hoc administrative duties and coordinate with vendors and clients to support sales associates.

Your Task

Does ad-hoc administrative duties and coordinate with vendors and clients to support sales associates.

Requirements

Diploma(Does not have to be relevant)

Basic computer skills Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Photoshop(would be good)

Good organisational skills / meticulous,neat and tidy

Articulate in English / Mandarin,as he or she may have to answer phone calls from both clients and vendors.

Fluent in writing(English) for correspondence to clients / vendor
