  • Our client, is an established oil trading firm.


  • Provide secretarial & administrative support to MD and higher management
  • Coordinate business travels including visa applications, flight & accommodation arrangements
  • Manage work pass applications / renewal / termination
  • Assist expatriates in apartment rental & tenancy renewal
  • Responsible for answering incoming calls, receiving guests, sorting & distributing of mails
  • Manage invoices from vendors & handle renewal of work-related insurances
  • Upkeep office facilities & maintain sufficient office supplies
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned
  • Requirements :

  • Possess a minimum Diploma with Admin / Secretary experience
  • Prior experiences in handling employment pass & apartment tenancy
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Independent with a positive working attitude and a good team player
  • Able to commence work at short notice preferred
  • Able to work overtime, if required
  • This is a 6 months contract maternity cover, subjected to extension
