Under the Group CEO’s Office, you will take on exciting yet challenging projects to generate ideas and solutions to improve existing recruitment initiatives for the company.
You enact changes to challenge the status quo and design innovative approaches to meet the growing needs of the company.
Project-based role focusing on identifying and developing solutions to address a broad range of people-related matters within the organization
Conduct deep-dive analysis on talent management issues which includes spearheading internal projects to improvise on our current employer branding and recruitment process for entry to senior level roles
Partner with leaders to implement and execute various strategic related projects
A degree from a well-regarded university with at least 5 years of working experience. MBA qualifications will be advantageous.
Passionate about talent engagement and acquisition
Ability to understand nuances working with a culturally diverse workforce
Demonstrated competency in both oral and written communication. Additional proficiency in an Asian language will be advantageous.
Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
