Responsibilities :

  • Receive incoming calls and retrieve voicemail messages concerning supply orders, test results and document requests
  • Facilitate and coordinate communication between parties such as emails / phone / fax.
  • Resolve customer issues requests and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Perform proper filing and recording as required by procedures.
  • Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate / NiTEC, any field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • IT savvy and willing to work in fast paced environment.
