You shall be responsible for supervising, controlling, coordinating and advising all outlets on the day-to-day operations of the F&B outlets.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Assist the F&B Manager in the day-to-day operations of all the F&B outlets.
Ensure the services of the F&B and Banquet are upheld to the service standard of YFC.
Check Café Lodge daily before the opening hours to ensure that it is ready for business.
Work closely with the Chef and the Chief Steward to ensure all activities Café Lodge are well coordinated and carried out according to the event orders.
Train and educate all the F&B Captains to ensure they are competent in carrying out their duties.
Attend to all VIP guests patronizing the Café Lodge.
Report to the Manager of any operational problems and recommends solutions to the problems.
Ensure all outlets have sufficient manpower to cope with the day-to-day operations.
Maintain a good relationship with the guests and motivate subordinates to serve with quality service.
Ensure that the Junior Captains are well-versed with the fire protection procedures.
Carry out special projects or to perform additional duties in other related areas which may be assigned from time to time.
