Work closely with management to craft and implement company efficiencies and best practices
Lead agency strategic projects, from research and implementation to analytical evaluation
Implement tools and policies to increase employee effectiveness
Create, coordinate and deliver activities that affect operational decisions and business requirements
Responsible for the day to day management of the finance processes across the business in Singapore - leading the implementation of best practice finance standards and processes
Develop and ensure adherence to the finance policies and procedures by the teams
Responsible for maintaining and developing key corporate partner relationships such as accountants, lawyers, and facilities
Assist with the administrative needs of the office, including to not limited to onboarding new joiners, contract production, ordering equipment, purchasing office supplies, and organising office social events
Exceptional work ethic, enthusiastic and motivated to excel in a fast paced environment
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, project management skills, the ability to run multiple projects simultaneously, and exceptional follow-through
Eagerness to take on new challenges and learn new concepts
Self-starter and motivated and able to work independently
Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Proficient IT and administration skills required
