We are looking for an independent, hardworking, dynamic, energetic and experienced Advertising Practioner who is a standout idea generator, word smith and problem solver with excellent communication and project management skills.
Plan, develop and manage social content marketing strategies and calendars for brands on social networking platforms
Work within a variety of social media platforms, social media management tools, and content management systems to publish content.
Crafting compelling and engaging content for social media reflecting the brand persona while achieving set marketing objectives and KPI
Present marketing proposals and content ideas to client
Identify and engage with advocates and influencers within social communities to build relationships
Ensure high quality work delivery through monitoring and analyzing report, derive findings and recommend action plans to optimize the digital or integrated communication campaign
While you are reasonably well-versed in social + digital communications, you are expected to run integrated communication campaigns, incorporating traditional media platforms and below-the-line.
You are expected to coordinate between the clients and the creative + media team.
Strategize and write integrated marketing communication proposals.
Help to think of creative ideas or concept for marketing and social media campaigns.
Participate in pitches with the team.
A recognised Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, Journalism or IT preferred.
At least 1 year of relevant working experience in an advertising or digital agency preferred.

Outstanding presentation skills.
Excellent in creating rapport with clients.
Strong command of spoken and written English with a flare in writing creative copy
Good knowledge of digital trends and usage of the different social networking sites
Possess a positive mindset, disciplined and results oriented, always motivated to deliver better results.
Ability to handle cold call or prospecting for new businesses will be good but not compulsory for this role.
Entry level poly diploma or university degree holder in Mass Communications, IT or Business with a positive attitude, energy and willingness to learn, will be considered for entry level Account Executive role.
