Corporate Financial Management
Coordinates with various stakeholders to prepare monthly forecasts and annual budget;
Ensures financial transactions comply with engagement contracts, regulations and company policies;
Works with sub-business leaders on client collections;
Provides timely and accurate analysis of project financials to the management;
Identifies operational and financial risks in the business line, then recommend relevant initiatives;
Trains the sub-business leaders on sound financial knowledge to promote financial accountability;
Implements workflows to improve operational productivity.
Client Accounts Management
Manages a team of 10 or more executives to provide timely and accurate book-keeping services to clients;
Liaises with the operations teams to prepare for client AGMs and EOGMs, including review the Strata Roll system.
Minimum Requirements :
Had audit training with one of the big four firms and some commercial exposure;
Is comfortable managing a diversified team;
Communicates accounting policies clearly to non-finance stakeholders;
Works well as a sole contributor and team player;
Respects corporate governance and timelines.
