Job Scope :

  • Attend to assigned customer sites for service requests and enquiries.
  • Systematically troubleshoot and repair of equipment in a timely manner.
  • Recommend proper usage, maintenance and corrective actions to customers.
  • Recommend upgrades and suitable parts that can be replaced by customers to add value to customer operations.
  • Scheduling and performing preventive maintenance for contractual customers.
  • Conducting and scheduling of pre-delivery check for equipment.
  • Perform installation and commissioning of equipment at customer’s site.
  • Support Projects and A&A works as required by the management.
  • Ensure proper filing of service, warranty records and installation base.
  • Train and guide assistant service engineers and technicians on technical issues.
  • To be the point of contact for management for updates on issue resolution and team activities coordination.
  • Job Requirement :

  • Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering or its equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Willing to do hand-on tasks
  • Able to work 5.5 day per week
  • Able to work standby call
