MMC Global Executive Search Talent Acquisition COE is looking for an Executive Search Partner. This talented Executive Search Consultant will work to ensure that MMC and its Operating Companies are positioned to attract, source and recruit the best executive level talent, both internally and externally.

Key responsibilities :

This individual will play a senior / executive-level consulting role and be responsible for developing sophisticated sourcing and recruitment strategies for Senior Level (I / J) positions, plus :

  • Identify and define the hiring needs of their respective client organizations, collaborating with senior level stakeholders as well as senior Human Resource Business Partners.
  • Facilitate strategy discussions, seek consensus and then complete assignments with full-cycle recruiting responsibility utilizing cost effective search methodology and tools.
  • Drive the search process and have clear understanding of the business, the impact these key roles will have on business outcomes and be able to articulate this clearly to candidates while assessing skills and background.
  • Gather and socialize relevant market and competitive intelligence, articulating our employment brand, selling the opportunity and negotiating and closing deals.
  • Provide consultation to and partnering with senior level stakeholders on the executive search process to ensure a diverse slate of qualified candidates are presented and considered.
  • Maintain a keen awareness of developments in the areas of market compensation, employee benefits and general market and competitive intelligence.
  • Socialize and educate business leaders on findings regularly.

    Qualifications

    PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Proven experience recruiting Executive level talent and negotiating complex senior level compensation packages
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive recruitment experience, which can include management of talent acquisition process and search professionals
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience recruiting at the Executive level for an Executive Search Agency
  • Combination of Search firm and Corporate executive recruitment experience preferred
  • Proven ability to hunt leads and turn into qualified candidates
  • Experience identifying and hiring senior level talent in consulting, professional services and / or financial services firms
  • Ability to work across businesses and matrixed organizations
  • Business Acumen including an understanding of business strategies and competitive challenges. Strategic thinking and decision-

    making skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mind-set are essential

    Excellent Relationship Building Skills with demonstrated success in building relationships across functions, geographies and levels
