As a Sr Director, Diversity, Equality and Inclusion (DEI) Business Partner, at Micron Technology Inc., you are responsible for driving the DEI strategy and initiatives at an executive / senior business leadership level.

Reporting directly to the VP of Diversity, Equality and Inclusion you will lead and develop the regional DEI business partners.

You are responsible for the execution of all regional DEI-related initiatives. You will also partner with the executive / senior business leaders and be a key advisor on the development of long-term DEI goals of the organization, structure, talent matters and decisions.

You will be expected to collaborate with all HR functions to influence the design and implementation of HR initiatives and programs to meet DEI objectives.

Own the development, analysis and measurement of DEI program impact with key metrics and objectives.

Enhance our Inclusive Culture by regionalizing and deploying DEI training programs globally. Audit existing HR trainings to enhance DEI content.

Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management to ensure that all DEI programs, tools and processes are regionalized.

Drive the implementation of the global DEI strategy partnering with the regions (Americas, APAC and EMEA) for design and delivery.

Redesign and integrate the DEI business processes in the full employee lifecycle (e.g. onboarding, hiring, performance management, learning & leadership development initiatives).

Responsible for growing and fostering ERGs in all regions in partnership with the DEI ERG manager.

Own and manage multiple company-wide, global DEI programs that drive engagement and inclusion.

Drive the DEI strategy from both a global and regional perspective

Drive DEI strategies and solutions which deliver business results and align to HR programs.

Communicate the rationale for current DEI policies, programs and changes as they occur.

Influence leaders and HR with DEI analytics and presentation of metrics leading to discussion and informed decisions

Act in a consultative role to identify DEI opportunities and drive accountability to influence business outcome.

Qualifications and Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree in human resources or business administration or related field of study.
  • 5-10 years’ experience leading DEI or HR initiatives in a corporate environment
  • 5+ years as a Manager
  • Experience in HR Centers of Excellence including HRBP, TA or GBS is a plus
  • Highly results-oriented and tenacious.
  • Solid ability to operate in a dynamic workplace and navigate ambiguity.
  • Prior experience working in a large, global organization.
  • Ability to follow assignments through to completion with a bias towards action
  • Ability to travel
