  • Maintain investor register, including creation or review of statements and contract notes for fund activity
  • Process or Review Subscriptions and Redemptions, Switches & Transfers in accordance with the guidelines outlined in the fund offering documents.
  • Completion of all checklists appropriate to each process.
  • Initiate or Review wire and account transfer transactions through various internet banking platforms to settle redemptions, subscription money movements etc.
  • Daily Reconciliation or Review of Cash Accounts.
  • Ensure all necessary reports required by Clients, Fund Managers or Distributors are dispatched, as required, accurately and timely.
  • Monitor daily work and plan workloads, ensuring all daily deadlines are being met
  • Respond to client, investor, and auditor queries promptly.
  • Maintain high quality service levels to clients and other departments within MUFG Fund Services with zero complaints.
  • Focus on continual improvement of service levels and client relationships.
  • Ensure projects allocated by Line Manager are completed in a timely & accurate fashion within deadlines set.
  • Ensure all department and regulatory procedures are fully adhered to for each task undertaken. This is especially important for Anti-Money Laundering.
  • Where required, manage and drive individual performance of all direct reports through regular one to one meetings and performance reviews as per company standards.
  • Willingness to work the hours necessary to meet client deliverables, a strong drive for results.
  • Provide cover for holidays and sick leave as required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally, both internally on the team and externally to our clients and investors.
  • Any other ad-hoc task, as required.
  • Key Requirements

  • Experience required will be role dependent.
  • Demonstrate an ability to work on his / her own and within a team and be willing to assist with any tasks when required.
  • Strong PC-based experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills when dealing with Clients, Investors, Management and demonstrate a diligent and methodical approach to tasks.
  • Preferred qualification in finance or a business-related area.
  • Candidates will be required to attend for interview, which may include conference calls with other office locations.
