Responsibilities

  • Handle the operation matters of conduct group smoothly and correctly
  • Improve the average spending of customers
  • Distribute the different kinds of vouchers and commissions
  • Take care of the daily running of TA lounge
  • Running store promotions
  • Provide store talk to conduct groups to highlight the selling points of our store and current promotion
  • Maintain good relationship with tour guides to gain more support from them, collecting feedback and market information from them
  • Provide information to all customers that help them in making purchasing decisions
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints, obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries
  • Dealing with customers directly either by face-to-face, electronically, or telephone and responding to customer inquiries promptly
  • Directing unresolved issues and requests to the appropriate designated resource
  • Uphold the company’s image as a prestigious and luxurious brand at all times
  • Maintain competent product knowledge at all times.
  • Staff to conduct themselves in a proper and professional manner in compliance with the Code of Business Conduct
  • Ensure the customer service counter neat and tidy
  • Visual displays to be in accordance with Brand Visual Merchandising Guidelines and must be of high standards
  • Be vigilant and practice regular checks on staff movements during operating hours
  • Any Ad Hoc duties as assigned by the management
  • Requirements

  • 1 years’ experience in retail industry preferred
  • Candidates who can converse well in Mandarin language preferred to serve large Mandarin speaking customer base
  • Energetic and proactive individuals who can work in dynamic environment
  • Sales and customer oriented
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Willing to commit retail hours, weekend and PHs
  • Singaporean candidates only
