Responsible for the design, development and implementation of Control and Estimation algorithms for the Attitude Determination and Control Subsystem, and ensure that the design fulfills the system and subsystem specifications.
Job Responsibilities :
Develop the algorithms for Control and Estimation for Satellite Attitude and verify by simulation methods.
Design the software to implement the algorithms in the onboard computer.
Involve in test and verification using simulation methods, as well as in integrated hardware in the loop simulation with the sensor and actuator hardware.
Prepare test plans & procedures for verifying the performance of control and estimation algorithms.
To perform system level requirements analysis for new mission.
Continuously acquire and improve in skills and knowledge on control and estimation for space applications.
Job Requirements :
Degree or Masters in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering major or specialization in Control Engineering
Expertise in control and estimation algorithms (continuous as well as discrete)
Good knowledge of the sensor and actuators used for satellite attitude control.
Good knowledge of satellite’s orbit and attitude dynamics.
Experience in Matlab, C, C++ programming methods.
