Job Scope

Handle user support – supporting both local and overseas staff

Follow up on incident reports with 1st level helpdesk

Enhancement and maintenance of operational websites

Webmaster and intranet management

Perform all related activities and functions to support new and existing developments

Perform other assignments and Projects as assigned

​ Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma preferably in IT or related discipline

Knowledge in Epicor Software and network troubleshooting will be advantage

Knowledge in website management

Bilingual, fluent in English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)

Strong work ethics

Excellent level of Organizational skills and ability to work on several tasks at the same time

Participate in ad-hoc assigned by the Management.
