Pre-Requisites :

  • Degree of Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building or equivalent.
  • Should be meticulous, responsible, hardworking and a good team player.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Job Responsibilities :

  • Taking off quantities for pre-control and post-contract projects.
  • Maintain proper and complete set of contract documents.
  • Sourcing / enquiring, compile quotation and prepare cost analysis.
  • Submit monthly variation claims and progress claims.
  • Settlement of final accounts and variations claims with substantiation and justify the claims with documentation.
  • Other aspect of contractual matters.
  • Assisting in the Company's Integrated Management System procedures and implementation.
  • Any other duties to be assigned from time to time.
