Job Description - Admin & Accounts Assistant (Full Time)
Support daily accounting entries, month-end closing of books and reporting
Assist in quarterly GST reporting
Provide general administrative support to the team & assist in daily office and warehouse needs
Prepare procurements of general supplies and handle a variety of administrative tasks
Perform any other work related functions as deemed necessary and appropriate by immediate superior
Additional Information :
Minimum Diploma in Accounting / ACCA or equivalent
Minimum 1 - 2 yrs of working experience in accounting and administrative
Knowledge of MYOB will be an advantage
Positive attitude with a pleasant personality
Good communication skills
Good computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Located at Tuas, Jurong

Regular working hours : Monday - Friday (8.30am to 5pm)
