Job Description

  • Assist in managing and overseeing daily operations and performances
  • Assist in supervising vendors to ensure compliance with policies, procedures and work instructions.
  • Ensure the optimal working of the platform by being the first point of contact for clients, vendors and providers
  • Collaborate with other departments to support delivery of patient care and implement new initiatives.
  • Participate actively in service and Quality Improvement (QI) initiatives which include process improvements, performance monitoring and addressing feedback related to operations and service quality
  • Provide administrative support to the team which include scheduling, note and minutes taking.
  • Assist with onsite health screening and processing of health screening report
  • Assist with billing exercise
  • Preparation of monthly management report.
  • To assist with client engagement including contact signing, onboarding, etc
  • Requirements

  • Degree holder (healthcare degree will be a plus)
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Good communication skills with strong ability to engage and work with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Meticulous and analytical, possess good organization, coordination skills and service oriented.
  • Ability to exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
