Indian-based investment, insurance and treasury products, to Indians living outside India. The business has a presence in North America, EMEA and Asia Pacific, and also provides wealth management services on a cross border basis to clients in several other countries.

Relationship Manager (NRI Segment)

As part of a dynamic sales team, you are expected to perform the following :

  • Ensure world class and personalised service delivery for clients
  • Focus on deepening existing relationships
  • Ensure full compliance with corporate policies, laws and regulations
  • Achieve all goals; revenue, customer acquisition are met consistently
  • Acquire new clients and build market presence
  • Manage and develop high networth client relationships
  • Ensure zero PI’s and high client satisfaction
  • Ensure full compliance to Rules of Engagement and adherence to all KYC & AML policies
  • Ensure full adherence to FAA and SFA guidelines
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and be a good team player
  • Ensure all certification guidelines are met
  • Monitor attrition
  • Actively participate in client events
  • Qualifications

  • Degree holder with at least 3-5 years’ experience in the Investment and Wealth Management business
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good team player with ability to work independently as well
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proven track record of developing and building client relationships
  • Knowledge of investment products and the overall investment process
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and be a good team player
  • Strong track record in sales processes and people management
  • Willing to travel
