Job Description

  • Manage and oversee daily kitchen operations, inclusive planning of duty roster and training of kichen staff
  • Planning menus and developing of new recipes
  • Ensure food quality, taste & visiual appeal as per the standard receipe
  • Prepare daily stock requisition and monthly reports
  • To maintain profitability through consistently review of products & alternative products to maintain food quality and to reduce food cost
  • Dealing with complaints regarding food quality
  • Monitoring kitchen cleanliness and safety standards
  • Ensure staff discipline is maintained
  • Requirements

  • Must be able to create and cook Authentic Filipino cuisine
  • Ability to work flexibly under pressure
  • Sensible, trustworthy, reliable and consistent in nature
  • Highly motivated with a passion for food, adaptable, responsible and diligent
  • Good team player with a flair for creativity and has keen eye for details
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Mature in approach to decision making
