Provision of quality customer service.
Greet customer, present menu, answer questions on menu selection.
Share knowledge on products and provide good recommendations.
Prepare, mix, create and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages which will include cocktails, beers,whiskey, wines, etc.
Monitoring daily bar inventory and present to Management.
Ensure overall cleanliness of bar counter at all times.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Minimal 1 year of bartending and / or with supervisory experiences.
Candidates must have a passion in F&B and especially in bartending,
Energetic and physically fit.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Committed and highly dedicated to roles and responsibilities.
Comfortable and flexible to support on operations, shift and urgent overtimes, if / when required.Miscellaneous Information :
Restaurant Operation : Monday to Sunday
Working Days : Officially 5 Days Work Week.
Work Hours : 44 Hours Per Week.
Location : Town area (Near MRT) (about 5 - 10 mins walk)
Extensive On-The-Job training will be provided.
