Responsibilities :

  • Provision of quality customer service.
  • Greet customer, present menu, answer questions on menu selection.
  • Share knowledge on products and provide good recommendations.
  • Prepare, mix, create and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages which will include cocktails, beers,whiskey, wines, etc.
  • Monitoring daily bar inventory and present to Management.
  • Ensure overall cleanliness of bar counter at all times.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
  • Requirements :

  • Minimal 1 year of bartending and / or with supervisory experiences.
  • Candidates must have a passion in F&B and especially in bartending,
  • Energetic and physically fit.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Committed and highly dedicated to roles and responsibilities.
  • Comfortable and flexible to support on operations, shift and urgent overtimes, if / when required.Miscellaneous Information :
  • Restaurant Operation : Monday to Sunday
  • Working Days : Officially 5 Days Work Week.
  • Work Hours : 44 Hours Per Week.
  • Location : Town area (Near MRT) (about 5 - 10 mins walk)
  • Extensive On-The-Job training will be provided.
