OH! Open House is a non-profit art organisation that tells alternative stories of Singapore through art. Every year, we organise neighbourhood artwalks and volunteers are an integral part of OH! Open House : they are the face and voice of OH! and they form the biggest part of our community.
We are looking to hire recent graduates through our internship programme, where candidates progress from intern to trainee status, with a chance for permanent hire at the end.
The internship programme is minimally 3 months in duration, and full time. Shorter durations and part time intern applications are not accepted. Compensation is tiered.
Your responsibilities as an Intern :
Plan volunteer engagement activities
Conduct focus groups for research
Volunteer recruitment and management of database
Organise training programmes
Cultivate relationships within the community
Champion the community and amplify the community’s voice on existing platforms (e.g. : social media)
Support the team in bringing programmes to life. OH! requires additional support in marketing and communications, project management, and in executing programmes.

Able to commit to a minimum 3 month full time internship. Candidates that can commit up to 5 or 6 months are preferred.
Willing to work on some weekends and after working hours.
Passionate about communities and is excited to work with people.
Able to work under high pressure, stressful situations and deal with tight timelines. Ability to multi task is essential.
Clear communicator, in person and in writing.
