Responsibilities

Handling orders follow-up for import / export shipments (both air / sea freight)

Perform Customer service activities, attending to customers’ enquiries, complaints

Prepare quotations when sales are not available for urgent shipments

Working closely with Sales & operations divisions

Co-ordination between internal offices / agents & clients for orders follow up via ocean / air import & export

Handling of cross-trade shipments

Doing bookings of shipments

Preparing documentation such as permits, bill of lading, billings and pre-alert docs to agents

Arranging Custom clearance for customers, and door delivery services

Requirements

Possess min GCE O’ Levels or Diploma, preferably with experience in freight forwarding

Strongly preferred 1-2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics

Able to communicate in both English and Chinese and to liaise with Chinese speaking clients

Possess good communication and customer service skills

Pleasant personality with positive working attitude

Requires knowledge in all activities related to freight forwarding services, shipments and other related functions
