Responsibilities :

Diagnostic and Repair of notebooks / desktops products

Attend and follow up on customer queries, requests and complaints effectively to achieve customer satisfaction

Ensure smooth operations

Ensure parts are ordered and returned on a timely manner

Compliance with workplace safety and security

Liase with Supervisor on customer feedback

Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements :

Minimum 'O' Level with 1 year customer and support experience preferred

Relevant Experience in repair of notebooks / desktop products and service-oriented environment preferred

Familiar with Apple Products and Mac OS

Excellent communication skills

Highly independent, efficient & pro-active

Must have good working attitude and a good team player

Able to establish and build good customer relationship

Able to start work immediately or within short notice

Able to work shift hours in a Retail and Office environment
