This position reports to the Human Resources (HR) General Manager and interfaces with company managers and HR staff. Specific Responsibilities :
HR operational and admin duties that includes but not limited to :
Supporting recruitment activities
Employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
Employee data management using HRIS
HR Project support such as staff intranet optimization, HR System (Workday) Implementation and launching of Rewards & Recognition Program
Office admin duties
Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Technical Skills and Competencies Trainee will learn :
Active participation in recruitment activities, including process improvisation suggestions wherever applicable
Learn how employee engagement starts from employee lifecycle from scratch
How to engage employees and stakeholders professionally
Gain experience with Human Resources Online Systems (HRIS / Taleo) and their database management as well as record keeping

Eligibility Criteria for SGUnitedTraineeships :
Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident; and
a. Graduated or graduating in calendar year 2019 or 2020 from ITEs, polytechnics, universities, or other educational institutions (e.
g. private universities and overseas institutions); or
b. Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2019 or 2020.
