Missions and Responsibilities
Air Liquide is looking for a seasoned Digital Effectiveness Manager to join our team.
In this regional role which is based in Singapore the Digital Effectiveness Manager acts as a conduit through helping the business translate their needs and working together with the IT and digital team to identify, develop and deploy solutions.
This person will also continue to execute our digital road map, with the prime focus on driving adoption with our entities across South East Asia.

Competencies and Profile
The right candidate will bring to the table at least 5 years of relevant experience in a role that has seen them deploy digital solutions and ensuring their success and uptake within the business.
They are someone who quickly establishes credibility, as well as takes the time to understand the issues and challenges on ground that have stilfied adoption and either proposes innovative solutions and / or helps to break down, reiterate and sell the benefits.
This person understands the inherent need to not only understand the business and how the programs being deployed will bring about the kind of change that is needed, but they also know the value of creating successful and sustainable relationships with key stakeholders and how this has a positive impact on the ultimate delivery of the road map.
