  • Administer the overall recruitment process from job posting, sourcing for candidates, screening resumes, arranging of interview and preparing Letter of Offer.
  • Co-ordinate, negotiate and liaise with employment agencies and advertising agents
  • Administer all work pass including application, renewal, cancellation and appeal.
  • Conduct on-boarding for new employees and off-boarding for resignee.
  • Update employees’ personnel records and time attendance.
  • Handle employee engagement programs and relations include disciplinary and grievance.
  • Co-ordinate and liaise with external consultants on employees’ training needs
  • Review, update and maintain filing of employee records, insurance policies and training records.
  • Administer employee benefits and entitlement which include leave, insurance and claims etc.
  • Conduct annual appraisal process
  • Perform end-to-end monthly payroll processing and CPF submission
  • Prepare and submit IR21 and yearly IR8A
  • Submit statutory claims online for childcare, maternity and paternity leave etc.
  • Maintain Vehicle listing and renew work tax and insurance etc.
  • Assist in insurance renewal, obtain quotation and claim submission etc.
  • Any other job assigned.
  • Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma in HR, Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 3 to 5 years relevant experience
  • Proficient in HR matters and Employment Act
  • Able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Diplomatic and discreet
