What you'll do
As the Program Manager, you'll help support the enablement of a new Digital RTM ecosystem for the APJ region which is part of Cisco's Broader Marketplace strategy.
In this highly visible role, you will be responsible to understand the on-going business strategy and outcomes; translating those outcomes into actionable deliverables in partnership with the regional and global execution teams and also be the voice of the region across Operations Architecture team.
This role is designed to be highly collaborative and cross-functional in nature, with a focus on active listening and strong collaboration to connect a wide range of teams and ideas across the company in a constructive manner, whilst driving focus and local execution.
Evaluating risk, feasibility, time-to-value, potential conflicts or overlaps, and strategic alignment of transformation proposals with mindful consideration of business architecture, policy, and IT requirements
Organizing and facilitating workshops to drive alignment, identify localization requirements and corresponding enablement activities
Running working sessions to identify critical strategic decisions and capability requirements that must be addressed
Presenting assessment findings and recommendations to senior leadership with a focus on driving rapid, informed decision making
Connecting executive decisions with appropriate functional and management teams for further action
Conducting regular reviews with executive leadership and the community of contributing operational teams to drive decision making with speed and clarity
Who You’ll Work With
Who you are
9+ years of experience in a Management Consulting, Finance, Operations Management, or Strategy / Planning, preferably with one or more large technology companies
Strong business process knowledge to understand end to end business solutions.
Proven communication, leadership skills to influence and manage stakeholders.
Strong program and delivery management skills with the ability to work cross functionally and geographically
Ability to simplify complex topics into core issues, create common understanding, and drive informed decision making
Capability, willingness, and confidence to develop and articulate structure from an ever-changing and frequently ambiguous environment
Energetic, creative, disciplined, and committed personal approach to an open-ended
