Scrum Manager Digital Operations
Reportingto the Digital Operation Manager, the success measurement for this role are
Strongly serving andsupporting the Front End Customer Journey Product Owner and Development Team intheir execution of deliverables in web and mobile applications.
Guiding the Scrum Team on howto use Agile / Scrum practices and values to support efficiency.
Providing all support to theteam using a servant leadership style and leading by example. This personshould personify Scrum and Agile.
Organize meetings and scrumevents with all stakeholders.
Respect of Agile qualitypractices.
Provide the necessary KPI tomeasure the Velocity of the team.
Guiding the team onself-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile / Scrum frameworks.
Removing impediments orguiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to removethe impediment.
Building a trusting and safeenvironment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, orbeing judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving.
Facilitating getting the workdone without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.
Facilitating discussion,decision making, and conflict resolution.
Assisting with internal andexternal communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
Supporting and educating theProduct Owner, especially with respect to refining (also known as grooming )and managing the Product Backlog to maximize value.
Help those outside the ScrumTeam understand which of their interactions with the Scrum Team are helpful andwhich aren’t, and helps everyone change these interactions to maximize thevalue created by the Scrum Team.
Successful qualifier of this mission
Microsoft Office proficiency
Knowledge and / or experience with widely successful Agile techniques : User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.
Applicable knowledge of enterprise and network architecture as well as key the technologies used by the team (Node.js is a plus )
Knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example : numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc).
Curious and fun change agent with entrepreneurial mind-set.
Self-motivated team player who excels in a collaborative environment.
Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least three years for a software development team.
First level Scrum Master Certification (PSM I, CSM) and Second level appreciated
Have an excellent IT culture and a real sense of Delivery and Architecture
Be aware of the overall web and mobile application market, major trends and evolutions.
Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
Proficiency at effectively managing multiple, complex and time-sensitive projects.
Successfully manage the risk and opportunity situations on projects of limited complexity.
Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
Fluent in English
