This position reports to the Head of Human Resources Business Partner (HR) for Retail Business (RB) / Own Brands & Food Solutions (OBFS) to support HR developmental projects and initiatives for the two Business Units.
Trainee to be involved in :
g. OHI initiatives, organising events etc.
Supporting HR BPs in daily operations
Competencies to learn :
1. The understanding of HR processes and practices within an organisation
2. Organising and planning skill sets
3. EQ and skill sets in managing various stakeholders such as management team and employees
4. Gain experience with Human Resources Information Systems such as employee database management etc.
