We want you to :

  • Inspire repeat-business from existing clients.
  • Conduct customer service workshops and presentations, for agencies and direct clients alike
  • Monitor and measure client satisfaction through timely surveys following every campaign
  • Liaise with different departments about client queries and take measures to resolve concerns
  • Be accountable for overseeing deliverables and managing timeline expectations between client and internal team members
  • Offer advice to clients on services and products and act as an intermediary between MW and client
  • Develop surveys and capture client information and inform internal team on trends regarding our strengths and weaknesses.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns and market research to have up to date understanding on ad tech landscape
  • Deal with client requests and troubleshoot problems and resolve in timely manner
  • You have :

  • Strong understanding of customer workflows, business models and critical drivers of our clientele
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Good understanding of ASEAN business environment
  • Past experience with advertising & technology companies with good understanding of industry terminologies
