Job Description

  • Provide administrative supports to the teams
  • Track and monitor receipt of payments from resident.
  • Managing public relations with all stakeholders
  • Liaising with all stakeholders including Governments Authorities
  • Attends to feedback from the public, and meets up with stakeholders as when required
  • Communicate project information to residents, email and telephone.
  • Continuous effort to develop & maintain good work relations with residents
  • Ensure focus on understanding resident needs and solve customer problems to improve Customer satisfaction.
  • Log & Report all incidents (complaints, feedbacks or enquiries) pertaining to project, take immediate or schedule action to close the reported incident.
  • Preparing weekly, monthly, updates for management meetings and ad-hoc reports
  • Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at Least Higher Secondary / Pre-U / A Level
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for the position
  • Required Skill(s) : Microsoft Office
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialised in Clerical / Administrative Support or equivalent
  • Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
  • Able to start immediately or short notice
