The Retail Recruiter is a newly created opportunity in Luxasia, the role aims to provide field and store management candidate sourcing, engaging and recruitment processing providing end-

to-end support on an ongoing basis, filling CEO / Beauty Advisors, Retail Managers and various field management requisitions.

The Retail Recruiter will work with their peer recruiters to create and drive strategies for candidate attraction and closing.

They will foster a collaborative team environment and a strong service oriented culture that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, quality driven service to their internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate must be able to successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a specified timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize.

They have a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation, client / account management, and organization, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, have an ability to prioritize their time, demonstrate push back and a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing engagement.

The best candidates will draw on extensive knowledge of Retail Operations Landscape and Talent Pool and functional areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with Retail Operations Leaders, and T&E business partners.

The Ideal Candidate will :

  • Partner with retail operations team to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage candidate & stakeholder expectations
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through on-site proactive market research and on-going relationship management;
  • conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.

  • Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting.
  • Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.
  • Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification. Possess strong ability to screen and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
  • Participate in special projects / recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of referral
  • Recruit passive candidates and understand their motivation.
  • Requirements

    The Ideal Candidate should possess the following :

  • 2 - 5 years of retail operations or retail recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research.
  • ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.
  • Strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
  • Create and maintain strategic retail recruiting plans with clearly defined objectives, desired outcomes, and a calendar of events.
  • Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
  • Project management experience, command of project scheduling, milestones and deliverables.
  • Strong commitment to continuous improvement.
