As a Data Product Manager in the regional data team, you'll be working with an extremely motivated and experienced group of people.

The data team operates across several different domains - including Logistics, Marketing, and Commercial Data Products. Regardless of the domain, you'll be dealing with massive data sets for related to 11 different countries serving almost 1 billion customer base! Depending on the team, some products you'll work on include marketing, monetisation, logistics or data products.

We're looking for individuals across several domains that data touches upon. Does building next generation data products to re-invent the space in Logistics or Marketing get you excited?

  • If yes, then we would like to speak with you. Your responsibilities : 1. Understand customer pain point, business processes and spot high value opportunities for business growth;
  • be able to translate business requirements into product requirements, help business to do strategic decision making by providing first class data products 2.

    Responsible for data product planning, design, development plan and setting product vision, to build the data products that add real business value and impact to serve a wide range of internal and external customers 3.

    Strong data sensitivity and able to monitor the product performance data, analyze it and keep consistent optimization on the products to get friendly and better user experience.

  • 4. Work with stakeholders across different levels and teams, able to manage their expectations and maintain a good relationship with them;
  • at the same time to be able to bring the tech team to understand the business value and priority 5. Own the product from development to roll out, responsible for conducting comprehensive trainings to end users

    Job Requirements

    The ideal candidate should have :

    1. Curious mind and ability to adapt to changes in a fast moving environment; strong willingness to go extra miles and step out of your comfort zone 2.

    More than 5 years of experience on product management, familiarity with data products in any of the following domains - trade, ecommerce, marketing tracking & ads, logistics - will be a strong plus 3.

    Strong execution. Familiar with the product design and product development processes and deliver the MRD, Demo and PRD with high quality.

    Candidates with experience in product operations and advanced SQL skills are preferred 4. Good business and data acumen.

    Able to translate complicated business requirements into product features, and help business and operation teams to visualize data 5.

    Know Agile - Scrum project management experience / knowledge - Ability to prioritise, manage expectations and effectively manage a product and sprint backlog 6.

    Great communication skills to manage different stakeholders 7.
