We partner with Sales teams to build commercial strategy, and we equip customer-facing Googlers with essential product expertise.

Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grow.

Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis.

You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients in the gaming and apps industry, and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business.

Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

As an Apps Performance Specialist, you'll build brand solutions to attain country business growth goals, commercialize new products and drive product adoptions.

You will execute and monitor growth programs and sales activation.

Working closely with the Large Customer Sales (LCS) team, you will identify transformational business opportunities and develop plans with the respective pods.

You will then drive solutions sales plans by leveraging global best practice solutions and creating new brand solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Large Customer Sales (LCS) to establish strategy and drive business and performance business growth. Introduce, launch and advocate new product features.
  • Drive transformational solution sales by leveraging global best practice solutions and creating new solutions (including complementing local relevant content and competition).
  • Develop, leverage and deploy global / regional Performance solutions with the objective to upscale sales teams to approach clients with large, multi-faceted media propositions.
  • Ensure competitive perspectives and differentiated value propositions generated through market-relevant insights. Engage with Marketing to drive relevant industry research and establish performance metrics.
  • Support, and communicate effectively with English and Vietnamese speaking clients.
  • Minimum qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of relevant work experience in sales, marketing, and / or business development in the media or advertising industry.
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • Experience in mobile, gaming, apps and digital advertising. Expertise in Mobile, Apps, Search and Performance Display.
  • Experience working in the digital advertising and mobile space, with experience in performance solutions, competitive landscape and local markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business growth performance and grow businesses in the assigned markets.
  • Ability to build compelling advertiser-focused solutions.
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Vietnamese fluently and idiomatically.
