Responsibilities :

  • Manage all marketing channels such as YouTube, Facebook, Blog, LinkedIn and our own website
  • Drive promotions and collaborations with partner organisation
  • Managing drip marketing campaigns using designated marketing automation tools and advise on the personality and brand voice
  • Assess and manage outsourced vendors’ and contractors’ capabilities to drive traction
  • Work cross-functionally to push for growth by influencing product roadmap, new features, new products, events, trade shows and other engagements
  • Monitoring and responding to competitors, promotions, feature releases
  • Managing the retention of our existing customers to retain them through community engagement, EDMS, surveys, events and field ambassador
  • Developing new products or features and corresponding product pricing to ensure that the business remains competitive and market leading
  • Any ad-hoc tasks assigned
  • Requirements :

  • Minimum Diploma in Marketing or equivalent
  • Minimum one-year experience in a similar capacity
  • Active participation in strategic planning process, including development and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Effective negotiation and presentation skills
  • Understanding of audience engagement and other marketing support functions
