You will evaluate and manage a variety of development applications submitted to URA under your charge using BIM technology.

As a Development Control Planner, you have an important role to analyse, evaluate and recommend development proposals for a decision in a timely manner, taking into considerations planning policies, guidelines, context of the surrounding areas, site conditions and other agencies’ inputs.
To do well in the job, you are expected to be familiar with the planning area you are assigned to, be comfortable with dealing with people, have eyes for details, have good time management and be helpful to deliver good public service.
You may be assigned to do policy reviews or planning studies.
Candidates without a degree should possess at least 5 years of experience in urban planning
