The Nexmo marketing team is leading the narrative on how software developers and enterprises can reimagine, design, and deploy new communication experiences.

We’re comprised of demand generation experts, product marketing managers, partner marketing, and content specialists who are charged with acquiring new prospects and educating the market with communication APIs possibilities.

We are looking for an energetic and digitally-savvy Senior Demand Generation Manager to help drive new customer acquisition and accelerate existing deals in APAC.

This opportunity will afford you the chance to own high-impact programs and to work in a unique demand space spanning software developers and business decision makers.

It is expected that this individual will have a high level of involvement in defining their own work.


What you will do

  • Engage with Sales, Field Marketing, Product Marketing and other stakeholders to create Demand Generation programs which drive new leads, MQLs, and pipeline.
  • Develop and ensure effective execution of multi-channel demand generation programs across digital channels, email, web, direct marketing, and events.
  • Partner with a performance marketing agency to continuously optimize our digital programs across SEM, paid social, programmatic display, and content syndication to deliver or exceed profitability and other lead performance objectives.
  • Drive the Account Based Marketing program, in close collaboration with the SDR & Sales team, to develop 1 : 1, 1 : few, and 1 : many campaigns to engage, educate, and convert target accounts.
  • Help define and enhance demand generation analysis, reporting tools, dashboards and analytical techniques.
  • Monitor reports and information to identify trends, issues and challenges, preparing reports for management and recommending areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to the planning process for the demand generation budget, ensuring that programs are executed and funds are allocated to maximize program ROI and other performance goals.
  • Report your results, at both macro and micro level so that we can all see progress against high-level goals, as well as understand the "little improvements" that get us there.
  • What you will bring

  • Experience directing and planning digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of funnel metrics and levers to move the needle on generating qualified leads and accelerating opportunity and pipeline velocity.
  • Experience with targeting, segmentation and list acquisition to build prospect lists for demand generation campaigns.
  • High level of understanding of how to use inbound, content, and outbound marketing to generate qualified and engaged leads.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills to interpret data, generate insights and translate it into actionable changes.
  • Experience with target / named account-focused programs in an account-based marketing, demand generation, or field marketing role.
  • Bonus Points

  • Previously owning demand generation for APAC
  • Program / campaign localization in Chinese, Japanese, Korean
  • Collaborating with outside media agencies
  • Experience with APAC demand generation tactics and marketing landscape
  • Experience working with SFDC and Pardot
  • Bilingual / working proficiency in Chinese, Japanese, Korean
  • Experience working with SaaS usage based business models
  • What is required for application


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or related discipline.
  • Prior experience (10+ years) in B2B Marketing.
