Job Description :

Candidate will be part of the Facilities Mgt Centre - Ops Support Team. He / She will :

  • Update / Maintain / Operate ITeFM system for our program
  • Supports Call Centre routine tasks for MHA - Central program
  • Maintains all payment documents for programs managed by Ops Support Team for contractual & audit requirements
  • Compiles daily contract manpower movement requirement for under the programme
  • Ensure SOP is current. Facilites new staff on boarding under OJT to ensure that new staff are able to perform routine tasks.
  • Contribute to process improvement via suggestions to ensure the routine processes are efficient and effective

    Requirement :

  • A / Dipolma / Degree level
  • At least 1 year relevant field experience in operations in Facilities Management in a Call Centre Setup
  • Knowlege of MS Word / Excel / Powerpoint
  • Knowlege of simple programming is an added advantage
  • Good FM knowledge
  • Able to generate Management Report
  • Working location at Harisson Road (Nearest MRT : Tai Seng)
  • This is a 2 years contract role
