JOB TITLE : HR MANAGER, SINGAPORE + APAC ME

Location : Singapore office

Report to : Executive Management and Board of Directors

POSITION SUMMARY : lient is a regional leader and international award-winning consultancy in Architectural, Civil and Structural, Mechanical & Electrical and Master Planning offering full spectrum solutions across the built environments.

The multidisciplinary expertise is in architecture, town and master planning, urban design, engineering and interior design.

The offices are spread across APAC Middle East with more than 1,000 talents. The conglomerate has business across real estate and investment, design, engineering, medical, hospitality and other segments.

The company is expanding into new areas and on hire is a partner, team lead to support the practise. We invite your interest to explore and learn more about the HR regional leadership role.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

The HR Manger is a key trusted partner and consultant to the Singapore Executive Management and Asia Pacific Middle East Board of Directors Team.

You must have commercial awareness of the business operations to anticipate business challenges; and find effective solutions including attracting and retaining human resources, engaging the people, managing performance and developing talents along with Company’s expansion.

You maintain strong, effective and transparent delivery of communication with different stakeholders in the Company and foster better collaboration to increase effectiveness between the HR organisation and the business.

Regional experience with Business and Digital Transformation is required.

  • Be a central point of contact for the Executive Management and Board of Directors. You would be supported by a HR team to look after the business managers and employees, delivering customised and forward-looking solutions, programs and policies to tackle issues faced by the Company
  • Be a guidance on the application of HR policies, procedures and standards
  • Work closely with the HR team to drive continual efforts to improve the HR delivery services
  • Work to improve the competency of the employees and especially the development of skills and mindsets of the Managers
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and propose innovative ideas to attract and retain talents
  • Be an effective Employee Champion; leading and sustaining Employee Engagement activities that enhance the employee experience in Company
  • Produce timely accountability reports and provide quality counsel on human resources issues
  • Drive HR projects assigned and act as a key advisor to your management team in the business unit
  • Regional HR Business Partnering : 80% / Operational HR Management : 20%
  • CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Possess minimum a bachelor degree in any discipline.
  • 8 10 years of HR business partnering APAC regional experience and in engineering, industrial or real estate segment is an advantage
  • Assertive and confident in your delivery and execution of radical HR solutions
  • Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, committed and to flexible work hours
  • Have passion, perseverance to overcome issues
  • Have practical management of people issues
  • Good skills and knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines talent acquisition, employee retention, employee relations, disciplinary and grievances, compensation practices and managing diversity
