We’re looking for a chief storyteller and brand evangelist, where you will be responsible for telling our story across all of our communication channels and platforms.
You will oversee the overall marketing and brand strategy across the group, and will play a pivotal role in the development and positioning of Love, Bonito’s brand in all key markets.
Reporting directly into Management, you will play a key role in building our brand and reaching out and connecting to as many women as possible, globally.

Develop customer personas and flesh out brand and communications strategy to guide all organizational stakeholders
Define marketing goals and objectives that are in-line with brand direction and mission
Plan, implement, review and analyze marketing strategies (across all channels & platforms) and campaigns (brand, promotional, assortment-driven etc.)
Create and develop a strong layer of assortment and performance-driven campaigns to contribute towards growth targets
Plan, manage and optimize marketing budget for maximum returns
Collaborate closely with Design & Merchandising in the roll-out of all assortment-driven campaigns
Collaborate closely with Retail & Product team to optimize and refine our platforms so that we can tell our LB story convincingly
Collaborate closely with Data team to create self-serve dashboards for the Marketing team; leverage data for actionable insights
Lead in ensuring a tight partnership across all country teams by leading in all communications and alignment; develop best practices and toolkits for country teams
Keep abreast of the latest trends and industry developments so that we’re always ahead of the curve
Develop a solid network of strategic partnerships i.e. Facebook, Google, market insight agencies, brand / commercial partners etc.
6+ years of relevant work experience preferably with an omnichannel and / or direct-to-consumer brand
Degree from top university
Superb communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Experience with Google Analytics and other analytics tools / marketing platforms
Experience in managing and leading a team
