Sales Operations Analyst, APJ
Location : Singapore
Reporting to : Sales Operations Manager, APJ
The Sales Operations Analyst, APJ is supporting the overall growth and performance of the Life Science Solutions Group (LSG) Division.
Develop, create & own sales compensation related tools for division and country within APJ
Own sales compensation related analytics and maintenance of database
Drive sales compensation review and related processes for division and country within APJ
Perform sales compensation calculation for commercial regional headcounts and GSS
Lead in implementation of integration and sales compensation project deliverables where involved.
Advisor to APJ LSG on annual sales projects : sales bags, territories, quotas, incentive schemes as well as payout process
Point of contact for sales analytics tools; back up for CRM and mobility related enquiries related enquiries for all APJ countries
Recommends and prepare sales incentive scheme proposals for countries (incl. payout calculation templates & tools for easy reference, communication) working with compensation team;
keep track of sales achievement using tools created
Work closely with project teams (e.g. global office) and other functional teams to ensure APJ region meets timelines and requirements
Perform other related projects / functions as required by the team lead
Degree in Business / Economics or other related field. Exposure in MNC working environment.
5 to 7 years’ experience in Sales Operations.
Excellent analytical skills, supported by a strong attention to detail.
Must- have skills : Excel (advanced), PowerPoint (working knowledge) and Word (working knowledge). Database skills : ACCESS, SQL Server
Experience with BI Tool (Power BI) and SQL preferred
A self-starter with analytical astuteness and a high ability to work with tight deadlines.
Comfortable communicating with country teams within region.
Comfortable working with large amount of data and meticulous attention to details.
