Job Description :
Prepare and cook food on regular basis.
Ensure hygiene practices (washing hands, wearing gloves) are followed according to the SOPs when preparing and presenting food.
Check the quality of raw and cooked food products and ensure that food safety standards are met.
Quality control of all Dim Sum items before they are served.
Organize food production in a cost effective and hygienic manner.
Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
Job Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least Primary / Secondary School / "O" Level in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
Required language(s) : English, Mandarin
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s) : Cooking
Possesses knowledge of sanitation standards and kitchen equipment.
Good Understand food culture and technique.
Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Food Manufacturing / Production Operations or equivalent.
