Supervise a team of warehouse and administration staff.
Ensure the Program meets the client's expectations, including delivery timeline, inventory integrity, records and documentation retention.
Ensure Work Safety, Good Distribution Practice (GDP), Quality Policy and Procedures meet in the workplace.
Ensure warehouse housekeeping up to 5S standard and operate the program in a cost-effective manner whilst meeting all client's requirements
Control and manage material usage, purchases, headcount, and overtime. Ensure staff compliance with all established processes and accuracy in the data processing.
Take disciplinary action on staff when required and approve staff leave application.
Perform reversal of selected system transactions having inventory impact with supporting documents.
At least Diploma or Degree holder preferably Logistic Management or other related courses.
At least 3 years of experience working in a logistics warehouse environment or any other industry with extensive experience in warehouse operations.
Excellent data analysis skills such as Excel Tableau, Power BI and process re-engineering is an advantage.
Knowledge on WMS / SAP system is an advantage.
Experienced in managing more than 40 staffs.
Able to communicate effectively on a daily basis to the customer.
Able to improve productivity or performance of the operation.
