Job Responsibilities :

Reporting to Country Head of HR to manage full HR functions of 2 subsidiaries including talent management, compensation and benefits, performance management and L&D

Involve in manpower budgeting, employee relations management, succession planning and HR projects

Business partnering with senior management and line managers on HR operational and employee

relations matters

Assists with the continuous review of process improvements

Collaborates with HR colleagues to ensure smooth HR service delivery

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field with at least 5 years of experience in HR generalist and 1 year specialising in Compensation and Benefits.

Background in specialist compensation and benefits is an added advantage

Good knowledge in local legal employment regulations

Experienced in data analysis to support decision makings

Details :

Willing to travel 3 outlets at Singapore (Central, East, South East)

Working Hours : 8.30am-6pm, Monday- Friday

Salary Package : Basic + AWS + VB
