Responsibilities :

  • Manage housekeeping / portering operations and liaise with clients to ensure quality service delivery
  • Develop good working relationship with customers & participate actively in committees and special activities / projects with the customers
  • Mainaining housekeeping / portering budget in term of manpower and inventory, provide billing summaries & expenses in accordance to company’s requirement
  • Assist in recruiting & ensure orientation and training for all new housekeeping staff members
  • Plan and select appropriate equipment and / or technologies and supplies for project sites
  • Overseeing the preparation of tender specifications and quotations for housekeeping operations
  • To be familiar and keep updated with OSH and safety standard and ensure that all staffs are orientated with a safety mindset
  • Managing both internal & external parties during contract development to analyse and solidify an overall contract strategy
  • Analysing & managing incidents and emergencies in collaboration with relevant persons
  • other ad-hoc duties assigned
  • Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary / Secondary School / "O" Level, Professional Certificate / NiTEC, any field.
  • At least 3 - 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Prior experience in healthcare industry is an advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possess strong leadership and supervisory skills
