You will manage the P&L across the various channels and ensure consistent messaging and brand representation online in line with brand strategies and.

As the ecommerce expert, you will develop solutions to the key drivers in the path to purchase including acquisition, conversion and retention as well as tracking each program effectiveness and ROI by putting in place an effective tracking system.
You will support the building of capabilities in ecommerce across the country team and identify and share best practices.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 8 years of work experience in ecommerce, sales, key account, customer development or marketing.
Strong working knowledge of the ecommerce business model, retail sales and shopper marketing. You should possess a good understanding of the shopper, using analytical skills and insights.
Strong communicator with ability to present and influence, at all levels of management.
