Your Role We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our growing team based in Singapore. This position holder will be involved with all aspects of HR for Singapore, Bangkok and Sydney offices.

He / she will report to the Regional Operating Officer (ROO) and Regional HR Leader in Singapore, and work closely with the office managers / administrators in the above locations.

What You Will Do Provide support to offices in the areas of recruiting, employee relations, compensation & benefits, policy administration, employee communications, performance management, learning and professional development programs.

Ensures compliance with Gensler policies and employment laws. Work closely with office leaders in recruitment and selection processes.

Handle and ensure all immigration and visa requests are handled appropriately Handle employee relations issues, growth opportunities, future staffing assignments based on skills / goals, etc Assists employees with benefits and payroll questions.

  • Investigates accidents and prepares reports for insurance carrier. Maintain and coordinate on-boarding and new staff orientation programs (GO!) Rollout annual PDP program and ensure the program is successful Implement and facilitate learning and development programs and processes Involvement in staffing and other operational functions within the offices Assist leaders / managers on handling performance reviews and termination Cooperate with all Company personnel, including personnel from Company's headquarters office in the USA and affiliated entities around the world Ensure the best practices are adopted throughout the offices Other duties and responsibilities as appropriate Your Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources and 10+ years’ experience, architecture or professional services firm experience preferred Expert in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • knowledge of InDesign and Workday a plus Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately Strong project management skills and excellent ability to handle multiple competing priorities Excellent organizational skills;
  • attention to detail Ability to quickly learn systems, processes and procedures Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities / skills Strong client focus, consultative skills and ability to influence others Team player with the ability to establish collaborative working relationships Self-
